Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 28, 2026
1. Information we process
We process account information, company workspace information, support/contact requests, and information you choose to store in the CRM, such as customer contacts, service locations, estimates, jobs, notes, photos, invoices, payments, and operational expenses.
2. How we use information
We use information to provide and secure the product, authenticate users, operate requested features, provide support, maintain the service, prevent abuse, and understand product performance.
3. Your customers' information
Landscaping companies using the service decide what customer and property information they enter. Those companies are responsible for giving any notices and obtaining any permissions required for their own collection and use of that data.
4. Service providers
We may use infrastructure and service providers for database hosting, authentication, storage, deployment, email, payments, error monitoring, and related technical functions. They process information only as needed to provide those services.
5. Data sharing
We do not sell customer conversations or CRM data to advertisers. We may disclose information when required to provide the service, comply with law, protect security or rights, or complete a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
6. Security
We use technical controls such as authentication, row-level database access rules, and role-based workspace permissions. No online system can guarantee absolute security, so workspace owners should also manage team access and credentials carefully.
7. Retention and deletion
Information may be retained while a workspace is active and for a reasonable period afterward for backup, security, dispute, or legal purposes. Product controls may allow records to be archived, corrected, or deleted depending on record type.
8. Your choices
You can update account and workspace information in the product. For privacy or account questions, use the Contact page.
9. Changes
We may update this policy as the product, providers, or legal requirements change. The latest version will be posted on this page.
This policy is prepared for product testing and pre-launch review. Before live paid launch, it should be reviewed against the operator's final legal entity, jurisdictions served, payment processor, analytics choices, and final data-retention practices.
