1. The service
Landscaping CRM provides software for landscaping businesses to organize leads, customers, properties, estimates, services, schedules, recurring work, team activity, job photos, operational finance, and related business records. Features may vary by plan.
2. Accounts and company workspaces
You are responsible for information submitted through your account, maintaining appropriate access to your workspace, and keeping sign-in credentials secure. Workspace owners control member access and company settings.
3. Free trials and subscriptions
We may offer a free trial before paid billing begins. Once billing is activated, plan prices, included capacity, renewal timing, and any applicable website add-on charges will be shown before purchase. You may not intentionally bypass plan limits or access controls.
4. Your business and customer data
You retain responsibility for the business and customer information you enter into the service. You represent that you have the right to store and process that information and that your use complies with applicable privacy, communications, employment, and consumer-protection requirements.
5. Website service
If you purchase the optional done-for-you website service, the scope shown at purchase controls what is included. Domain, hosting, maintenance, content changes, and other website work may require separate setup information from you.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to violate law, access another company's data without authorization, distribute malware, interfere with the service, or attempt to defeat security, usage, or plan controls.
7. Third-party services
The product may rely on third-party infrastructure and services for hosting, authentication, storage, email, payments, maps, or other functionality. Their availability and terms may affect those parts of the service.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and useful, but software may occasionally be unavailable, changed, repaired, or updated. We may improve, replace, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary.
9. Disclaimer
Landscaping CRM is operational software, not legal, tax, payroll, or professional accounting advice. Finance features are designed for operational tracking and do not replace your accounting records or professional advisers.
10. Ending use of the service
You may stop using the service at any time. Account closure, subscription cancellation, export, retention, and deletion options may depend on the active plan and billing state. We may restrict access for abuse, security risk, or material violations of these terms.
